Lunie was an internal HR management system for LUN, a fast-scaling proptech company operating across multiple brands and countries.
The product had to support different permissions, workflows, and interdependent roles without turning HR operations into more friction for employees or the people team.
New employees moved through onboarding faster with one place for documents, requests, and HR tasks.
Self-service flows and structured exports reduced repetitive manual work for the people team.
Employees could manage key HR requests directly through the system instead of relying on ad-hoc messages.
Employees needed one clear place to request vacation, sick leave, education leave, business trips, and days off. The challenge was to replace scattered messages and manual approvals with a self-service flow that still gave HR enough visibility and control.
